Democratic New York Sen. Hillary Clinton won her home state Tuesday night, according to Associated Press projections.

The AP declared Clinton the projected winner at 9:04 p.m., four minutes after the polls closed. A total of 232 Democratic delegates will be chosen in New York on Tuesday night.
