McCain Carries Garden State

Senator John McCain should pick up all 52 New Jersey GOP delegates in an easy win this evening, with Mitt Romney trailing in second, according to the Associated Press.

Yesterday the Arizona senator stumped in a fire station in the Garden State, where he promised to lead the nation and motivate all Americans "to serve a cause greater than their self-interest."

McCain appears to have grabbed support from party moderates, taking advantage of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s exit from the race last week.
