Pyrotechnic Display Follows Obama Speech

Confetti is a convention cliché. But how about fireworks? Tonight there was plenty of both.  Following Barack Obama's acceptance speech of the Democratic nomination for president, a rotating blast of fireworks erupted from the top sections of Invesco Field in Denver.

This was just a part of the entertainment portion of tonight's event. The night also included performances from musical acts Will.I.Am, John Legend, Sheryl Crow, and Stevie Wonder.
