Patriotism swept through Invesco Field tonight. There seemed to be more American flags then the tens of thousands Obama supporters in the stadium. The Democratic party's first African-American presidential nominee came out onto the stage to wild cheers and loud chants of "Yes We Can!"
This historic moment moved many to tears. "It was so emotional. When he came out, I got all choked up. There were tears running down my face," said one woman.
"This election has never been about me. It's been about you," said Obama. "Change doesn't come from Washington. Change comes TO washington."
Over 70-thousand people flooded the home of the Denver Broncos. "I've never been more proud to be an American. The country is full of hope," said an Obama supporter.
