Mass. Rejects Repeal of Income Tax
Massachusetts voters have passed Question 2 on the ballot 67 to 33 percent, effectively easing penalties for possessing small amounts of marijuana. The state has also opted to opted abolish dog racing, 59 to 41 percent on Question 3. The only local question the Bay State did not approve was repealing the state's income tax, voting Question 1 down 67 to 33 percent, according to AP.
