Weather Data Provider Changed

Web Services has replaced the XML data feed from Weather.com that powered the eCampus weather panel in favor of the data feed from the NOAA.  The change was precipitated by the Weather Channel's terms of use which required Emerson to provide space for advertising links.  Use of the NOAA feed has no such requirements.
